These designs handle the house on a footprint constrained by the street: integrated parking, glazed corner, front setback, perforated screen, cantilevered upper floor.
The street facade concentrates the entrances and the openings. It therefore leaves little solid wall for bracing, and stability has to be found elsewhere in the plan.
