SOLUTION 1 · LIGHT STEEL FRAMING SUPPLY
Your project’s frame, engineered and prepared for assembly.
Algeria Light Steel engineers and manufactures load-bearing frames in cold-formed galvanised steel sections. Every supply package starts with a defined project: its geometry, loads and interfaces are studied before the manufacturing data becomes identified sections, panels, trusses and other structural components.
You then select the level of prefabrication suited to your organisation: Structure Kit or Panel Kit. Frame erection can also be included within the agreed scope.

The choice between Structure Kit and Panel Kit is made after the structural study

Structure Kit and Panel Kit are not two systems or two product ranges. They are two stopping points along the same process. Upstream, the work is exactly the same: project analysis, frame engineering, digital preparation and approval of the fabrication documentation that freezes the version to be produced.
This documentation controls the machinery. The galvanised steel is cold-formed, and during production every component receives what the study has specified for it: its length, perforations, service holes and identification mark. A component leaving the line is therefore never a standard length to be cut again on site; it is an identified element that already has a position within the frame.
The level of assembly is then decided with you: should these components be delivered grouped by panel, or assembled in the factory before dispatch? The answer depends on transport, site access, lifting equipment and the teams available.
Prefabrication level 1
Structure Kit
The sections are manufactured and prepared in the factory, then assembled on or near the construction site. They are produced to the project’s technical specifications, cut, perforated, marked and grouped by panel.
A supply package organised for assembly
The construction site receives the prepared components of a specific frame, together with the documents required for the intended level of assembly: drawings, views, schedules, identification marks and assembly instructions. These documents link each reference to its panel and each panel to the complete frame. The structural fasteners included in the supply package are specified in the project schedule.
When this format is appropriate
Structure Kit is suitable when a team or contractor needs to assemble the panels as close to the construction site as possible, when transport volume must be controlled, or when access and handling resources make delivery as grouped components preferable. Assembly and erection may be carried out by the client, a local contractor or included within Algeria Light Steel’s scope where provided for in the contract. This format is selected after the study according to the destination, logistics and resources available locally.
Preparations defined by the project
The six views show examples of operations that may be incorporated into manufacturing: service openings, assembly notches and perforations. They do not establish any standard configuration. Their shape and position, together with the section size and thickness, are defined by the calculations and documentation specific to each project.
Prefabrication level 2
Panel Kit
The panels, trusses and subassemblies are assembled in the factory, ready to be connected to one another and anchored to the base. This level of prefabrication reduces on-site assembly operations and must be coordinated with transport, access, lifting and the erection sequence.
The construction site therefore receives pre-assembled units rather than a sequence of individual sections to be assembled component by component. This can reduce the number of structural operations carried out on site, help maintain the geometry defined in the documentation and allow erection to proceed panel by panel.
This more advanced preparation requires logistics to be planned in advance: unit dimensions and weights, loading order, transport, unloading, temporary storage and lifting sequence.
A Panel Kit remains a pre-assembled frame, not a finished wall. Insulation, membranes, linings, windows and doors, building services and finishes are not included unless these work packages are expressly incorporated into a Custom Building Project. Frame erection can also be included within the contractual scope.
Principle configurations: solid panel, door opening, braced panel, window opening, and combined door and window openings. Dimensions shown on the elevations illustrate the drawing grid; the actual geometry is determined by the calculations for your project.

The supply package is supported by documentation suited to the selected level of prefabrication: 2D drawings, 3D views, schedules, component references and the documents required for the intended assembly process. Every section, panel or component can be linked to an assembly reference to reduce ambiguity between the factory, packing and the construction site.
Inspection records, material certificates and other project documents are retained and issued according to the contractual scope; they are not published on the website as generic evidence.
The level of prefabrication also changes the logistics
Packing, loading, delivery, unloading and lifting are defined according to the destination, volume and supply format. For a Panel Kit, the loading order can, as far as practicable, be aligned with the erection sequence.
In Algeria, Algeria Light Steel can include frame erection in the contract. For a project outside Algeria, local assembly and erection, assistance, supervision or intervention by Algeria Light Steel are assessed according to the country and the project.
What comes after the frame?
The frame supports the building; it is neither its envelope nor its finish. Insulation, membranes, façades, windows and doors, building services and finishes are designed around it. Algeria Light Steel can include some or all of these work packages in a Custom Building Project where provided for in the contract.

Existing drawings are the best starting point when available. Otherwise, an initial assessment can begin with the information already known: location, use, dimensions or areas, number of storeys, principal openings, roof type, existing support or foundations, access constraints and the proposed erection organisation.
You do not need to choose between Structure Kit and Panel Kit before submitting your documentation.
