1 adaptable design
This design organises repeated dwellings around shared circulation, in a linear block, with a return wing or around a courtyard.
Repetition only becomes useful if load-bearing walls, floors, openings and risers can be stacked from one storey to the next: collective housing is designed at the scale of the building, not dwelling by dwelling.

These are adaptable concept designs for clients who do not yet have plans of their own. They replace neither the site study, nor the architectural adaptation, nor the sizing of the structure.
Number of rooms, approximate floor area, site, style, uses, or just a few priorities: there is no need to start from an existing design to work with us.
